Hello and welcome to Mesa Mountain Naturals.

It all started with a girl’s day out and an unplanned visit to a local store specializing in handmade bath and beauty products. I splurged on a $9 bar of Peach Mimosa soap. Personally, I never imagined paying $9 for a bar of soap. But, after experiencing the luxurious lather, wonderful scent, and soft skin, I decided not only was that soap worth the price, but it inspired me to make my own soap! While my first soap batches were quite humble, I fell in love with the process - and the benefits of gentle soap made with simple ingredients.

What I discovered is that soaping fulfilled the restless artist in me. It awakened me out of complacency and propelled me into creative mode.

After sharing my first soaps with friends and family, I was encouraged to start selling. This is how Mesa Mountain Naturals was born.

Soaping has sparked my imagination. I now get ideas for my next soap designs in unexpected places, including nature. As a result, I now grow soap-friendly herbs such as lavender, rosemary, mint, chamomile, sage, and bergamot tea to make my own herb-infused oils. Even the pink peonies, marigolds, and roses that grow are harvested and dried as ingredients or botanical embellishments.
